We are deeply saddened and mourning the loss of former Holland ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ President & CEO, Dr. Brian McMillan.
Brian joined Holland ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ in 1996 and became the ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ’s fifth president in 2005. He was an exemplary leader during his 13.5 years as President, a passionate champion for students and staff, an enthusiastic supporter of athletics and wellness, and an active volunteer in the community, which he continued into his retirement. He tirelessly led efforts to rejuvenate and expand the ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ’s campuses province-wide and left an extremely profound mark on our ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ and our community as a whole. Brian always took the time to stop and talk with students, staff and faculty alike, and took great joy in forging personal relationships with all around him.
Brian’s dedication and commitment not only to our ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ and our students, but to the greater community as well, has left a momentous impact. His passing is a significant loss to our ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ community, and he will be missed tremendously.
