Innovative marine electronics and crowdsourcing company is looking for a new developer to work on our team. Our marine weather and navigation app has over 200,000 downloads, and we need more hands to help add features. Our head office is in Halifax, but we have an international team of developers and are expanding to PEI for a new project involving marine weather and marine charts in the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
We have an experienced and enthusiastic team including database programming, firmware and circuit board design, electronics manufacturing, on-water testing and marketing. So lots of opportunities for skill development and career growth.
This position is focused on our recreational boating markets. But we are also a leader in helping ships to use more accurate crowdsourced weather data for voyage optimization, to reduce their fuel costs and greenhouse gas emissions.
