The Culture and Inclusion Advisor will lead and have responsibility for developing, coordinating, and implementing a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and operational plan. They will also advise on the harassment, discrimination, and sexual violence protocols at Holland ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ. The successful candidate will inspire and guide the ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ by focusing on creating awareness, delivering programming, and building allyship.
